Letter To Litigation Clients

Dear Litigation Clients,

I hope all is well with you and your family. As you may be aware, in addition to the practice of litigation, our firm also prepare Wills, Powers of Attorneys and Healthcare Directives (Living Wills) as well as representing executors and administrators in the settlement of Estates. Furthermore, we handle all types of estate litigation from actions for removal of an executor, to demands for formal accountings, to probate of non-conforming Wills.

If you do not have a Will, or if you have one that does not reflect your present testamentary intentions, or does not provide for or eliminate any Federal or State Estate Tax consequences, now is a good time to address these issues. Major life changes like divorce, marriage, starting or ending a business, the birth of a child or grandchild, medical or developmental challenges of children, aging or ill parent, or retirement may call for a review of this important document. It is also advisable to review your Power of Attorney and Healthcare Directive to ensure they contain the requisite HIPPA language, to enable your representatives to speak with your healthcare providers and insurance carriers. Please let me know if you need my assistance.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing me to represent you. Your recommendation of my services to family, friends and business associates are always appreciated.

Sincerely,

Kelly P. Hawruk, Esq.
